Magic SwitchBox has been in business since 2008 and as always been active in selling 3 different models of Magic SwitchBox.

The 2 first models are discontinued but the third, the Magic SwitchBox III is considered by many magicians as the most advanced in the world and the less expensive! Magic SwitchBox III ( New casing ) has been introduced lately and shows only the switches, the lamp sockets and the battery pack.

Description:

The Magic SwitchBox III is a 7 1/2 '' X 5 1/4'' X 1 1/2'' wooden box consisting of 4 different colored bulbs and 4 switches with colored matching switchcaps. At the beginning of the first trick each bulb of one color is directly facing the switchcap of the same color and each switch lights the corresponding colored bulb. Each of the 4 bulbs (and or) switchcaps is exchangeable so they can be moved from one position to any other.

The magic trick controlled by the magician is that no matter what the position of the colored bulbs or switchcaps are, the switch fitted with a particular colored cap will always lights the matching colored bulb.

You can find on the web a similar trick like: ''The ''Magic switchboard'' that is much more expensive and is definitively less flexible.

Our Magic SwitchBox III is password protected (this feature can be turned ON or OFF at will) so the magician can leave the audience play with the unit. In the lock mode,(if the password is not entered) each switch can only lights its facing colored bulb (even if not the same color).

You can swap 2, 3 or 4 bulbs and the Magic SwitchBox III will always keep the bulb color to switchcap color relation. This is also true for switchcaps swap.

A new trick was added (called the single switch/multiple bulbs lighting). This trick makes use of recessed holes in the case.

The strength of the Magic SwitchBox III is that it is built around a famous Microcontroller chip making it extremely flexible and programmable so it is almost impossible to understand how it works. Many variables of the trick are stored in “non volatile memory” are programmable (including password) and will be remembered even if the batteries are removed.

A return to factory settings as also been implemented. (In case you forgot your password).

No external power is required; it is powered by 4 AA batteries (Not included).

Each Magic SwitchBox III is shipped with a DVD explaining how to use it. The switchcaps are made of painted hard wood.
